Seven allergens.
One scoop a day.

Allerg-x turns early allergen introduction into a routine you can actually keep: a measured daily scoop of the seven most common food allergens, stirred into whatever your baby is already eating.

Six months.
One scoop a day.

The mix is the same in every tub. What changes is the scoop. Each tub covers two months and comes with two measured spoons, so the amount steps up on schedule without you having to think about it.

Months 1 and 2

Tub one. The smallest amounts, with spoons one and two.

Months 3 and 4

Tub two. A little more, with spoons three and four.

Months 5 and 6

Tub three. The largest amounts, with spoons five and six.

1

Open this month's spoon

Each tub is packed with two spoons, labeled by month. Use the one that matches where you are.

2

Take one level scoop

Same powder every day. The spoon does the measuring so the amount rises exactly when it should.

3

Stir into purée and feed

Applesauce, oatmeal, yogurt, mashed banana. Whatever your baby already eats, once a day.

The seven that
matter most.

These are the seven foods parents are most often told to introduce early. Current guidance is to bring them in around the start of solids and keep them coming, rather than waiting.

Peanut
Egg
Milk
Wheat
Soy
Sesame
Tree nut

Tree nut is covered with almond, cashew and walnut protein, three of the most common tree nut allergens.

Allerg-x does not include fish or shellfish. Those are best introduced as food, on their own, with your pediatrician's guidance.

Built on guidance that already exists, not on claims of our own.

For years parents were told to hold off on allergens. Published research, including the LEAP and EAT studies, helped change that advice toward early, regular introduction. Allerg-x doesn't add anything new to that. It takes the guidance that already exists and makes it easier to follow every day.

What the guidance comes down to

Early. Regular. Simple.

Three things that are easy to say and hard to keep up for six months. Allerg-x is built around making them routine.

  • 1Start around the time your baby begins solids, once your pediatrician says it's time.
  • 2Keep the same foods coming, a little every day, instead of once and done.
  • 3Use one measured scoop so there is nothing to weigh, count or remember.

Allerg-x is a food, not a promise. It is a simpler way to follow the guidance above, and nothing more.

Every ingredient,
and why it's there.

Nine ingredients. Seven are the allergen proteins themselves. Two help the powder mix cleanly. There is nothing else in the tub, and the full amounts are printed on every label.

IngredientWhat it isWhy it's in Allerg-x
Defatted peanut flourRoasted peanuts with most of the oil pressed outThe peanut protein. The one parents are asked about most.
Dried egg white powderPasteurized egg white, driedThe egg protein, in a shelf stable form that mixes into purée.
Milk protein concentrateProtein from cow's milkThe milk protein. Allerg-x is not a formula and never replaces milk or feeds.
Wheat protein isolateGluten protein from wheatThe wheat protein.
Soy protein isolateProtein from soybeansThe soy protein.
Defatted sesame flourGround sesame with the oil removedThe sesame protein. Sesame became the ninth major U.S. allergen in 2023.
Almond, cashew and walnut flourDefatted flours from three tree nutsThe tree nut proteins, covering three of the most common tree nut allergies.
Sunflower lecithinA natural emulsifier from sunflower seedsHelps the powder blend smoothly instead of clumping.
Tricalcium phosphateA mineral salt of calciumKeeps the powder free flowing so every scoop is the same.

One plan. Three tubs.

Questions parents
ask us.

Anything we haven't answered here, write to us at gianni@allerg-x.com.

When should we start?

Most families start around six months, once their pediatrician has said the baby is ready for solids. Your pediatrician knows your baby's history and should be the one to give the go ahead, especially if your child has eczema or a family history of food allergy.

Does Allerg-x prevent allergies?

No product can promise that, and we won't. Allerg-x is a way to follow early introduction guidance consistently. It is a food, not a guarantee.

Is this a replacement for formula or food?

Never. Allerg-x is a small daily scoop stirred into food your baby is already eating. It adds nothing to a feed except the allergen proteins and it is not a source of nutrition on its own.

What if my baby already has a known allergy?

Do not use Allerg-x if your child has a known allergy to any listed ingredient unless a healthcare professional has told you to. Every tub contains all seven allergens, so it cannot be used to introduce some and skip others.

Which spoon do I use each month?

Each tub comes with two spoons, marked with the month they belong to. The powder never changes. Switching spoons on schedule is what steps the amount up over the six months.

What if we miss a day?

Just pick up the next day with one scoop. Don't double up. Early introduction is about keeping these foods in the routine over months, not about any single day.

Talk to your pediatrician first.

They know your baby. We don't.
